    Purchased décor is yours to keep — wreaths, garland archways and planter arrangements are never rented. Prices are starting prices; custom scope is quoted before purchase.

    Add-on installation is included when completed during your scheduled FPC Christmas package installation in the Des Moines metro. Standalone visits, elevated mounting, custom materials and oversized designs require a tailored quote before purchase.

    A welcoming finishing touch, made to coordinate with your Christmas entry. Each standard wreath includes evergreen styling, a hand-tied ribbon and complementary accents. Finished diameter is approximate.

    • Standard pricing covers unlit faux evergreen wreaths; fresh greenery, specialty florals and lighting are quoted separately.
    • Standard mounting is on an accessible entry door; high façades and masonry mounting require a quote.

    Frame your entrance with layered faux evergreen garland, coordinated ribbon and seasonal accents. Coverage is measured along the decorated garland run, not the doorway width.

    • Garland arches attach to your existing doorway — this is decorative garland installation, not a freestanding structural arch.
    • Standard pricing assumes suitable attachment points and a maximum installation height of 10 feet.
    • Additional footage, freestanding frames, specialty florals and lights require a separate quote.

    Winter greenery, natural branches, pinecones and coordinating ribbon, arranged in your existing containers.

    • Arrangements are built in your existing planters — decorative pots and urns are not included.
    • Medium fits a container opening approximately 12–16 inches across; large fits approximately 18–22 inches.
    • Larger containers, specialty florals and lights require a tailored quote.

    Christmas Light Installation

    A warm, welcoming roofline, handled from design through takedown. Our first-season Christmas lighting package starts at $995 for up to 100 linear feet of standard commercial-grade LED roofline lights, supplied by FPC, on accessible single-story rooflines up to 10 feet high. Additional standard roofline coverage starts at $9 per linear foot.

    • Includes a standard layout consultation, lights, standard mounting clips and timer, professional installation, correction of installation-related issues during the installed season, and one scheduled post-season takedown.
    • Purchased lights belong to you.
    • Second stories, steep pitches, lifts, tree wrapping, pathways, specialty effects, electrical work and nonstandard mounting require a tailored quote. Customer-supplied light installation is quoted separately.
    • Off-season storage is optional and charged separately; it is not included.
    • Future-year installation is quoted separately; there is no automatic renewal.
    • This service is separate from the three Christmas décor packages.

    Christmas Décor Storage — One Season

    Keep your reusable Christmas décor ready for next season, without finding space for it at home. One season runs from your scheduled post-holiday 2026 takedown through return for the 2027 Christmas season, for up to 12 months.

    • Storage is an optional annual fee, not included in Christmas décor or lighting packages.
    • Includes labeling and inventory of accepted reusable décor, packing into the stated tote allowance, storage and one return coordinated with your next scheduled FPC installation.
    • Fresh greenery, plants, soil and perishable materials cannot be stored.
    • Oversized or fragile items and anything beyond the tote allowance require a custom quote.
    • Décor remains yours. No automatic renewal.
